Exterior Cleaning Technician

Pay: $12–$25/hour Performance Bonuses (based on experience and production)

Responsibilities
- Soft wash houses and buildings
- Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, and parking lots
- Clean roofs using safe soft wash methods
- Clean windows (interior and exterior when needed)
- Clean gutters and brighten exterior surfaces
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment
- Mix and handle cleaning solutions safely
- Perform quality inspections before leaving each job
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Keep work trucks and equipment clean and organized
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 75 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and wet conditions
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to work
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with pressure washing or soft washing
- Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, painting, or window cleaning
- Trailer driving experience
- Customer service experience

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during busy season
- 8–10 hour shifts
