Job Summary
Truckway Leasing is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate in this position will be responsible for repairing and maintaining trucks and trailers for our various accounts. We are looking for both entry-level positions and experienced Diesel Techs.

Responsibilities for a Diesel Mechanic / Technician / Fleet Mechanics
- Repair and maintain class 6,7, and 8 Trucks and Trailers
- Perform route maintenance
- Basic computer skills to enter jobs and bill time in the computer system
- Interact with customers and handle customer requests
- Use Diagnostic software to troubleshoot problems
- On-Call Rotation
Qualifications for a Diesel Mechanic / Technicians / Fleet Mechanics
- Previous experience as a Diesel Technician
- Clean MVR with a Class A or CDL is a significant plus
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Teammate with a strong sense of dedication to the customer and service team
- Self-motivated and professional
- Must be able to work independently
- Possess own tools
