Duties

• Develop and implement dynamic curricula tailored to early childhood development standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote active learning and curiosity among children.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful environment.
• Support children’s emotional well-being through attentive childcare practices, fostering confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to monitor progress, discuss developmental milestones, and plan individualized support when needed.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to track learning outcomes and inform instructional strategies.
• Incorporate specialized educational approaches such as Montessori or early intervention techniques to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, and behavioral observations to ensure compliance with educational standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be loving
• Must be able to pass a background check
• CPR certified or willing to obtain
• Must be a team player

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
