Role Description
TCA is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative Education Coordinator to play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and promoting high-impact educational programs for our diverse membership. This position will be instrumental in ensuring TCA's educational offerings remain relevant, valuable, and accessible, directly contributing to the success and advancement of the truckload industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Management:
- Support the continuous improvement of TCA's educational programs, including virtual, instructor-led, and self-paced online modules.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to schedule and promote engaging educational material via live webinars, on-demand offerings, and/or resource web pages (e.g., Veteran’s Resources).
- Coordinate the logistics and delivery of key programs such as the TCA Certification Programs (e.g., Human Resources, Recruitment, Retention, and Fleet Manager).
- Assist the Director in researching emerging industry trends and gathering member feedback to propose new educational content and formats.
- Maintain and update the TCA Learning Management System (LMS) content and user accounts.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for member inquiries related to educational programs.
Marketing & Communication:
- Collaborate with the membership, marketing, and communications team to effectively convey the value and benefits of TCA's educational offerings.
- Assist in the develop of promotional materials, including drafting program descriptions, testimonials, and success stories.
- Track program participation and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement and marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update TCA’s educational web pages and coordinate communications sent through the learning management system communications to attract engagement and participation.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Generate and maintain reports on key metrics related to program engagement, completion, and member satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained for all educational content, content files, and program participant data.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in educational program development and management, preferably within an association or professional development setting.
- Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with members and addressing their needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality results
- Familiarity with the transportation industry or associations is a plus
