Schedule:
PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Shifts available Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday (PST)
Contract Length: Ongoing, Full-time Contract
Job Description
As a Test Driver/ Vehicle Operator with Data Collection, you'll play a critical role in advancing autonomous vehicle technology by driving test vehicles, collecting data, and helping refine the driving systems.
Responsibilities:
Drive test vehicles for 4-8 hours daily on predefined routes while following strict safety protocols.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Support software operations for real-time data collection.
Document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
Collaborate with engineers to improve system performance.
Assist with logistics, vehicle maintenance, and storage.
Requirements:
Basic vehicle knowledge with a clean driving record.
Comfort with driving for extended periods (4-8 hours/day).
No moving violations in the last 12 months, no DUIs, or criminal record.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and strict safety guidelines.
Must work onsite in both Mountain View and San Francisco.

Location Flexibility: You must be flexible to work at both Mountain View and San Francisco locations.
Shift Preferences: Candidates should be flexible to work either AM or PM shifts, as well as Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedules.
Pay Rate: $25 - $28 per hour.
