📍Location: Columbus Ohio
💰 Pay: $23–$28/hour (based on experience)
🕒 Schedules Available:

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 9-hour shifts between 2PM – 11PM

We’re supporting an exciting pilot program and hiring hands-on, reliable Robot Service Technicians to assist with self-driving food delivery robots in Columbus Ohio.

This is a deal for people with experience in automotive, mechanical, or electrical systems who want to help deploy innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Deploy robots each morning (insert batteries, run diagnostics, report readiness)

• Swap batteries, monitor status, and ensure smooth operation throughout the day

• Keep work area clean and manage inventory of parts and tools

Maintenance & Repairs

• Assemble wiring harnesses, connectors, and install sensors (LiDAR, cameras, etc.)

• Diagnose and fix breakdowns using hand tools, diagnostic software, and multimeters

• Perform service campaigns to upgrade parts or install new hardware

Field Support

• Respond to robot issues in the field (approx. every 3 days)

• Retrieve or repair robots onsite with provided tools

• Mount and test experimental modules as needed

Requirements

• Skilled with tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software

• Ability to read 2D mechanical diagrams and follow detailed procedures

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work (e.g., repetitive repairs)

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (past 12 months)

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Independent, reliable, and eager to learn

Preferred Experience

• Robotics, automotive repair, or electronics background

• Experience in technical or shop-floor environments

• Leadership, management, or operations experience is a plus
