Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven AV Operations Analyst to support daily operational analysis of autonomous vehicle events. This role partners with Operations and Autonomy teams to review real-world and simulation data, apply standardized policies, and ensure consistent, high-quality classification of AV system behavior.
This position is ideal for candidates who excel in structured workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Review and triage autonomous vehicle events using established AV Operations policies.
Accurately annotate and classify events by issue type and priority.
Follow detailed guidelines to ensure consistent operational decision-making.
Use internal tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to track and report findings.
Prepare clear performance summaries and operational reports.
Collaborate closely with Operations, QA, and Autonomy stakeholders.
Operations Qualifications
Strong ability to read, understand, and consistently apply detailed policy documentation.
Experience working in operational, QA, or analysis-driven environments.
Proven attention to detail and process adherence.
Experience producing reports and summaries for cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Previous experience in AV, robotics, labeling, QA, or operations roles is a plus.
