AM Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | PM Shift: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM
We're hiring a Automotive Electrical & Hardware Assembly Technician to assemble and integrate hardware for advanced vehicle technology systems. Great fit for hands-on techs from automotive repair, car audio installation, aerospace/aviation, or DIY electronics/PC building backgrounds.
What you'll do:
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical subassemblies
- Mount, align, and secure hardware per engineering specs
- Install sensors, cameras, and wiring components
- Read engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot issues
- Document work and follow standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on hardware/mechanical assembly experience
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and using hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work around vehicles all shift
Top candidates have:
- Auto repair shop, car audio install, or automotive trade school background
- Aerospace/aviation assembly experience (no drone companies)
- Strong PC building/hands-on electronics project experience
- Electronics, Harness, Integration, Avionics, or Robotics Technician experience
