You’ll work with a skilled, fast-paced team to help develop and assemble next-generation electronic hardware.This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.What You’ll DoAssist engineers during new product developmentAssemble and test electronic hardware (prototypes to short-run builds)Inspect and review work from other techniciansPerform final product testing following written proceduresHelp solve assembly and process issuesKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeFollow detailed instructions and processesCommunicate clearly and maintain reliable attendanceWho We’re Looking For4–6 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience (degree not required if experience fits)Able to read schematics, technical drawings, and follow detailed proceduresProficient with standard tools: soldering iron, cutters, crimpers, pin tools, torque toolsHands-on lab experience with equipment like power supplies, scopes, and signal generatorsComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and experience in low-volume manufacturingNice to have: trade school training, Python basics, PLM/3DX, ERP (SAP/Oracle), startup or rapid-prototype experienceIPC-610, IPC-620, or J-STD certifications preferredWhy This Role MattersYou’ll help build and test the hardware that powers autonomous vehicles.
