What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Dispatcher for Trucking Company position at Trucking Industry?
We are currently seeking Full Time Experienced Dispatchers to join our team in our Ira Township Office.
We are hiring for all shifts, but mainly the following:
*2pm-11pm Monday thru Sunday
* 9pm-9am Friday thru Sunday (36 hours - paid for 40)
Min. 2-year Dispatch Experience is a Must
Responsibilities Include:
Weekend / Holiday Schedule Rotation
TMS Experience - Sylectus experience is a plus
Load Planner and bidder
Taking Driver and Client Calls
Receiving and Responding to Email Alerts
Assigning Drivers
Routing and Mapping
Tracking and Advising
Updating Customer Portals
Requirements:
-Strong computer skills, Data entry is part of the job
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment
-Must be able to communicate clearly with both drivers and customers in a busy work environment

-Must have excellent people skills, including the ability to work effectively with co-workers and our Customers.
