We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Diesel Truck Body Repair Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships within our heavy-duty truck and fleet services division.
This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor to fleet managers, owner-operators, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in diesel trucks, collision repair, heavy equipment, or commercial fleet services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, dealerships, insurance carriers, and commercial accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in truck body repair and collision services
- Prepare and present estimates for diesel truck body and collision repairs
- Collaborate with shop managers and technicians to ensure accurate scope of work and timelines
- Follow up on open estimates and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from estimate to job completion
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and within the local trucking community
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in diesel truck repair, body shop sales, collision estimating, or related heavy equipment industry
- Strong understanding of commercial truck components, body repair processes, and insurance claims
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read repair estimates and understand repair scopes
- Proficiency in estimating software and CRM systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
