AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth)

Description

We are building the AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets and this role sits at the center of it. This is a high-intensity PM internship where you will work directly with AI-native Product Managers to build products across our load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms. You will help define how AI transforms how 300,000 truck drivers run their businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Work on core AI product surfaces: load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations
• Use AI to accelerate every part of product development research, synthesis, specs, analysis, and iteration
• Support and run growth experiments across the carrier journey (activation ? conversion ? retention)
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations on real product launches
• Contribute to partner-driven products (fuel, parking, and integrations) and marketplace expansion
• Build lightweight prototypes, define product requirements, and help ship features end-to-end
