Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Application Setup — Initiate and organize renewal applications to ensure accounts are set up accurately and on time
- MVR Pulls & Report Ordering — Request Motor Vehicle Records and other required reports through appropriate channels
- Loss Run Requests & Downloads — Contact carriers and vendors to obtain loss run histories; track, download, and organize upon receipt
- Insurance Carrier Portal Submissions, as needed — Submit accounts through carrier and market portals accurately and within required timelines
- EPIC Entry & Documentation — Perform timely and accurate data entry, renewal updates, and documentation within EPIC agency management system
- Document Preparation & Organization — Maintain well-organized, up-to-date digital files and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards
- Underwriting Follow-Ups & Status Tracking — Monitor outstanding items, follow up with carriers and underwriters, and maintain accurate status logs
- Compliance & File Documentation — Ensure all account files meet internal and regulatory compliance requirements throughout the renewal process
Required:
- Experience in a database-driven environment; comfort learning industry-specific management platforms
- Background in data entry, account management, customer service, or a similarly detail-oriented field
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Active P&C license or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace
Preferred:
- Experience with commercial lines renewals or P&C insurance operations
- Knowledge of MVR ordering processes and loss run procurement
- Familiarity with underwriting submission requirements
