What You'll Do
- Consult with owner-operators and trucking businesses to identify their insurance needs
- Build and manage your own pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Present customized commercial insurance solutions from multiple top-rated carriers
- Develop long-term client relationships and grow your own book of business
- Work closely with experienced sales leaders and receive ongoing coaching

What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License or ability to obtain one before your start date
- 1 years of insurance, B2B sales, or consultative sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using multiple technology platforms and managing a sales pipeline
