Basic Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of clinical experience in the veterinary or the service industry
- Enjoys interacting face to face with the public
- Enjoys fast pace front desk multi-phone line environment
- Upbeat, positive personality with ability to stay calm and compassionate during high stress situations.
- Client/patient confidentiality
Desired Experience:
- General Practice Knowledge
- Face to face and telephone interactions with people in the general public
- Appointment scheduling
- Chart prepping & record keeping
- Account reconciliation
- Cash handling
- Microsoft Office - including but not limited to Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Email, fax, and phone correspondence
- Willingness to cross train to assist in hospital procedures
