We are seeking a Certified Welder with Intermediate experience. The candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and processes, in support of a full range of repair and inspection services for a wide range of trucks and equipment. Ideally, the candidate will be mechanically inclined to help address mechanical issues that typify a fleet of various sizes and types of vehicles.Responsibilities:- Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints- Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and integrity- Follow all safety protocols- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:- Certification in welding- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a welding role- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Strong attention to detail and quality- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks in various positions and environmentsPreferred Qualifications:- Additional certifications or training in welding techniques- Familiarity with welding codes and standardsWe are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual, able and willing to hit the ground running.
