Essential Job Functions With or without reasonable accommodation, the successful candidate will: • Forecast Development: o Own the end-to-end forecasting process, generating ski-level projections 24 months into the future to support strategic planning and decision making. o Apply statistical models and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and responsiveness. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams to gather insights and align forecasts with business goals. • Data Analysis & Reporting: o Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes of variance. o Develop dashboards and reports to communicate forecast performance and key metrics to stakeholders. o Produce monthly reports including hours, rebate-related sales, and data packages. o Support strategic meetings through data preparation for Intro, SIOP, 5YP, and SGI sessions. • Inventory & Capacity Planning Support: o Generate and analyze 3-month demand estimates and actuals to support planning accuracy. o Manage and maintain daily reporting on past due shipments, shipping performance and cost/hours tracking.
