OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate recruiting workflow records
Track driver applications and candidate status
Review open follow-up requirements
Record application and placement activity
Coordinate candidate information with recruiting team members
Track scheduled recruiting events and candidate next steps
Identify candidates requiring additional attention
Help maintain accurate placement and hiring records
Support consistent recruiting procedures across active driver opportunities
SKILLS NEEDED
Strong organizational ability
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing digital records
Ability to work across multiple recruiting tasks
Clear professional communication
Familiarity with spreadsheets, ATS, CRM, or similar systems
Transportation or recruiting knowledge is helpful
Ability to work independently and meet follow-up deadlines
