Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for our truck driver training programs. Work part time hours for full time pay!
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates you will receive from leads given to you. No cold calling necessary.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Help students to secure funding for their school tuition.
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with qualified candidates.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking system.
- Represent the school at job fairs and other recruitment events (as needed).
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and other referral sources.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
- A sales background is helpful, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must reside within 30 minutes of the Truck Driver Institute facility.
- Must submit a resume that includes a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
