Skilled Bookkeeper needed to assist in maintaining financial records for a well-established company in the Sparrows Point area of Baltimore. Job duties would include processing accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and payments. Our ideal candidate has experience with intercompany transactions and is familiar with Microsoft Business Central. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to ensure all day-to-day financial transactions of our company are accurately recorded in our accounting system. Additionally, this position will include Office Manager responsibilities.Responsibilities would include:* Process daily financial transactions and complete the posting process while verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct company and that any intercompany aspects of a transaction are properly accounted for on a concurrent basis.* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations with a high volume of transactions using modern methods of importing transactions from online banking and accounting for any unrecorded items per bank not already recorded per book.* Assist in the month-end closing process.* Process Bi-Weekly payroll for 20 employees through an online portal while assuring that PTO is properly tracked and accounted for.* Proven bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.* Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.* Hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheets.* Proficiency in English and in MS Office.* Customer service orientation, negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills.* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.* 3 plus years of bookkeeping experience with a high volume of transactions company.* Experience with ERP systems is a big plus.* 8-hour shift * Monday to Friday - Onsite REQUIREDCompany DescriptionTruck Crane Solutions has been in business since 2005 with headquarters in Baltimore, MD. We are a national dealer for FASSI Cranes, Erkin Cranes and Loadmac Forklifts. We are seeking a motivated, qualified candidate for the position of Skilled Bookkeeper to join our team.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
