Position: Residential Services Program Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and rock the daily operations of our residential services.
- Manage programs, finances, properties, and staff development like a pro.
- Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and the community.
- Ensure safety, quality of services, and compliance with regulations.
- Team up with HR and the Support Services team to hire, train, and schedule staff.
- Implement health and safety programs and boost program quality.
- Advocate for individuals and manage relationships with all team members.
- Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth.

- One year of experience working with individuals with ID/DD (minimum)
- Supervisory Experience strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License
