Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Aptitude for Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Insurance products, especially Medicare policies
- Capability and enthusiasm for receiving comprehensive Training to develop required expertise
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus
- Previous sales or insurance experience is advantageous but not required
