Client Intake & Marketing Relations Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Client Intake & Marketing Relations Specialist. In this role, you will help drive company growth by onboarding new clients, completing intake assessments, recruiting caregivers (HHAs), and representing the company at community and marketing events.
This is a full-time, position based in our Norristown office with frequent local travel in-and-around Philadelphia as required for client visits and events — travel time is paid and mileage/gas costs are reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake visits (in-person or virtual) and complete all necessary client assessments and care plans.
- Coordinate caregiver (HHA) sign-ups for clients selecting their own caregivers.
- Maintain and update client and caregiver records in company systems.
- Lead and support company marketing events and community outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with Case Management to assist with client scheduling and care coordination.
- Communicate regularly with state agencies and service coordinators.
- Handle occasional field visits and assist with in-office case management tasks as needed.
- Review and process new caregiver paperwork, ensuring compliance with all policies.
- Assist in implementing new HR and operational procedures as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanor.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Clear driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel and event attendance.
- 3 years of experience in customer service and office/administrative support (preferred).
- 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or client intake roles, with an emphasis on in-person engagement.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to attend, represent, and promote the company at community outreach, networking, and marketing events.

- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Hours: 30–40 per week (Monday–Friday with occasional weekend evnts as needed)
