Are you a new college grad looking to start your career with an outstanding company that offers growth potential? We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Receptionist to support and work closely with a very dynamic team. This will be a Temp to Hire opportunity to start immediately.
Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients as needed.
• Communicate professionally, effectively & provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Create, maintain and enter information into databases.
• File company forms, Material requests and related notices and requisitions.
• Maintain and operate office copiers, arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
• Phone system operation.
• Scanning bills & maintaining organization in electronic filing system.
• Schedule and maintain work order requests in CRM software (Method Integration).
• Stocking and monitoring warehouse inventory.
• File contracts/subcontracts/change orders.
• Mailing and tracking contract documents.
Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 year experience supporting a team,
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams).
• Excellent communication and correspondence skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Experience within the construction industry is preferred, but not required.
Salary : $22 - $25
