As a Staffing Agency Salesperson, you'll play a vital role in driving our sales process, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients. What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000-$65,000 plus uncapped commission (potential 120K with commission structure)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, making a great first impression
- Generate leads, referrals, and business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Follow up with clients and provide accurate, compelling staffing solutions
- Efficiently and effectively book meetings to drive sales
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude that keeps our clients coming back
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a staffing or recruitment role
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activity
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus
- Business development experience is highly desirable
