About Us

TruBlue of Flower Mound helps older adults and families live more safely and comfortably at home. We provide home safety services, age-friendly home modifications, handyman support, and ongoing home maintenance solutions designed to support aging in place.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Senior Home Safety Outreach Liaison to help us build referral partnerships in the senior care and healthcare community. This is not a clinical treatment role. Instead, this position focuses on community outreach, referral relationship development, education, and helping connect older adults and families with practical home safety solutions.

Position Summary

The Senior Home Safety Outreach Liaison will develop and strengthen relationships with referral partners such as occupational therapists, physical therapists, home health agencies, discharge planners, case managers, senior living communities, social workers, elder care professionals, and other community organizations serving older adults.

This role is ideal for someone who understands senior care, values aging in place, and enjoys building trust-based community relationships. Occupational Therapist experience is preferred, but candidates with strong senior care, rehab, home health, or community outreach backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare and senior care professionals in the North Dallas / DFW market
  • Conduct in-person outreach visits to referral sources, community partners, and local organizations
  • Introduce TruBlue’s senior home safety services through presentations, meetings, and educational conversations
  • Help identify opportunities for home safety assessments, aging-in-place support, and home modification referrals
  • Attend community events, senior-focused programs, networking meetings, and outreach activities
  • Track outreach activity, meetings, follow-ups, and pipeline progress in a simple and organized manner
  • Collaborate with the owner and team to refine outreach messaging, target accounts, and community partnership strategy
  • Support trust-building with families, professionals, and organizations by representing the company in a professional and ethical manner
  • Provide feedback on market needs, referral trends, and partnership opportunities

What This Role Is Not

  • This is not a direct patient care or clinical treatment role
  • This is not a home health, therapy, or case management position
  • This role does not involve clinical documentation or medical billing
  • This role must operate in compliance with employer policies, professional ethics, privacy requirements, and all applicable laws

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: senior care, healthcare outreach, rehab services, community relations, home health, social services, or referral development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
  • Professional presence and ability to speak confidently with healthcare and senior service professionals
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel locally within the DFW / North Dallas area

Preferred

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience in home health, rehabilitation, discharge planning, senior living, or aging-in-place services
  • Existing relationships within the local senior care or healthcare community
  • Experience giving presentations, leading educational sessions, or building referral networks
  • Bilingual ability is a plus

Compensation

Compensation structure will be discussed with qualified candidates and may include a combination of:

  • Base hourly or monthly part-time compensation
  • Performance-based incentives tied to outreach activity and business development results

Why Join Us

  • Flexible part-time structure that may fit alongside other professional work
  • Opportunity to help older adults remain safer at home
  • Meaningful community-based role with local relationship-building impact
  • Chance to contribute to a growing senior-focused business in the DFW area
  • Mission-driven work with practical, real-world outcomes for families and older adults

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who believes in aging in place, understands the value of safer homes for older adults, and can open doors to new community and referral relationships. This person does not need to provide therapy in this role, but should be able to speak credibly with healthcare and senior care professionals and help position TruBlue as a trusted local partner.

To Apply

Please submit your resume and a short note explaining your background in senior care, healthcare outreach, community relations, or referral development.
