Role Description
This full-time Handyman role is an on-site position based in Southwest Valley Salt Lake, UT. Responsibilities include performing general handyman repairs, home maintenance tasks, accessibility and safety modifications, and seasonal projects. Additional duties include yard work, basic carpentry, minor plumbing or electrical repairs, and handling client to-do lists. The handyman will ensure high-quality work while delivering excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience with general home repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work
- Knowledge of home maintenance practices and techniques, including safety and accessibility modifications
- Ability to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks such as yard maintenance, seasonal projects, and basic landscaping
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in a handyman or related maintenance role is preferred
