What You’ll Do
- Complete high-quality home repair and maintenance projects
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Tru-Pro® technicians
- Maintain TruBlue’s standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers and manage expectations on-site
- Ensure safety, precision, and consistency on every job
- Kitchen and bathroom improvements
- Drywall repair and patchwork
- Flooring installation and repairs
- General carpentry tasks
- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic plumbing and electrical work (within scope)
- 10 years of hands-on experience in home repair or construction
- Prior experience leading or mentoring technicians preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Committed to quality workmanship and supporting both team and clients
- Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and a complete set of tools
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
- Consistent, year-round work
