What You'll Do
- Complete a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation projects (drywall, carpentry, painting, minor plumbing/electrical, fixture installs, and more)
- Work directly with clients in their homes, representing TruBlue with professionalism and care
- Accurately assess jobs, communicate scope and timelines, and complete work to spec
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Document completed work and communicate with the office on job status
- 3 years of hands-on experience in general home repair/maintenance (multi-trade background preferred)
- Own reliable transportation and a basic tool set
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Experience with accessibility modifications (grab bars, ramps, stairlifts) a plus
- Basic knowledge of local building codes
