Heavy Duty Forklift Operator – Drill Pipe
Location: Odessa, TX 79766
Pay: $17–$22/hour, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Additional Hours: Overtime and weekend availability required
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Forklift Operator for an industrial position in Odessa, TX.
This position will be responsible for operating heavy-duty forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stage drill pipe and other heavy materials.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty forklifts in an industrial yard environment
- Load and unload drill pipe
- Move and stage pipe and other heavy materials
- Safely position materials throughout the yard
- Inspect equipment before use
- Follow all site and equipment safety procedures
- Assist with general yard duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous heavy-duty forklift experience
- Experience handling pipe, steel, or other heavy materials preferred
- Experience operating a CASE forklift is a strong plus
- Experience with other large-capacity or heavy-duty forklifts will be considered
- Comfortable working in an outdoor industrial environment
- Able to work overtime as required
- Available to work weekends when needed
- Strong safety awareness
- Dependable attendance
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible for overtime and weekend work as needed.
Pay
$17–$22/hour based on experience. Higher pay may be considered for candidates with strong heavy-duty forklift and pipe-handling experience.
