TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of international payroll experience to support accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across multiple regions, including MENAT, Europe, and APAC. This position will work closely with HR, Finance, Government Relations, and regional payroll providers to ensure payroll is processed accurately while maintaining compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Process and support multi-country payroll operations across international regions
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing according to regional payroll laws and statutory requirements
- Partner with managers, HR teams, and payroll providers to resolve payroll discrepancies and obtain missing time punches or approvals
- Identify payroll errors, research issues, and process corrections within strict deadlines
- Maintain consistent payroll processes and documentation across global locations
- Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience processing international payroll
- Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and payroll best practices
- Experience supporting payroll operations across MENAT, Europe, and APAC regions preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with UKG is highly preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
