Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring all food stations are stocked, clean, and inviting
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed during food handling and presentation
- Clear tables promptly, reset dining areas efficiently, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and replenish supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and professionally to enhance their breakfast experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is highly desirable; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food industry standards
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts
