What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Apartment Painter to Lead Small Teams position at Tru Solutions Commercial Painting?

Seeking experienced (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE EMPLOYED OR WITH LEGAL BUSINESS as ONLY an apartment painter that is VISIBLE ON YOUR RESUME for preferably 2 years) production (we move VERY quickly) painters with a good attitude, experience leading a crew, and willing to jump in and assist with our company's growth. We have solid workflow through even the winter months, but we have gained this by committing to work in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Ann Arbor areas. We have shared company vehicles which would be used for travel the majority of the time. Occasionally, travel in own vehicle will be required.
Pay depends on level of experience in APARTMENTS & COMMERCIAL REPAINTS and ability to lead/train/grow. Must be able to cut freehand, roll for hours with 18in rollers, and be able to provide exemplary customer service. Pay is based on efficiency, experience, and production. The work is not just painting, but leading and growing our team through leading by example, training, guiding, and motivating new team members, and adapting to our rapid growth as it comes. This is a professional position with daily expectations to be sober, clean cut, and with a good attitude! Must have a working cell phone and a reliable vehicle to get to work sites, which vary daily.
