What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Renovation Team Leader and Maintenance Specialist position at Tru Solutions Commercial Painting?
Currently we are servicing multiple sites in Lansing and some other metro cities so travel a couple of times a week during day, may be required. Seeking carpentry and renovation lead with good attitude willing to jump in and assist with our company's rapid growth. Everyday project management will be expected to be efficient and to follow assigned work flow. Work will also vary daily from painting, carpentry, hauling debris, trim work, installing cabinetry, general maint work, and more. Currently completing apartment renovations- kitchens, bathrooms, painting, etc. Advancement opportunity is based on efficiency, experience, and production. Lots of opportunity for growth, increase in skills, Must have a working cell phone, reliable vehicle to get to work sites which vary daily and basic tools to help complete work if you'd like to grow into higher paying/more responsibility positions.
