Tru Security Solutions LLC is seeking professional, reliable, and highly motivated Security Officers to join our growing team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, guests, and staff.
We are hiring for multiple assignments including residential communities, events, executive protection, and mobile patrol (“Black Truck” services).
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or in vehicle
- Monitor premises and report suspicious activity
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Control access points and verify identification
- Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed positions)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (for patrol positions)
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
- Active state security license (if applicable)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with report writing and incident documentation
