A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK AGENT
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the friendly face of our hotel! You warmly greet guests and provide excellent customer service as you check them in or out. When answering phone calls, you communicate clearly and professionally. You are engaged with our guests and quick to understand their needs. Highly intuitive, you always help out before you're asked!
Our team members appreciate all you do to prepare for the next shift. Thanks to your keen organizational talents, our front desk runs seamlessly. You enjoy meeting new people each day, and you feel great knowing that you play an important role in helping them to create great memories!

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works either the day shift from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR the swing shift from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
