Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Help Desk Technician to join our dedicated IT Team. This is an on-site position in Phoenix, AZ, where you will provide first-level technical support to employees and help maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues while providing support through phone, Microsoft Teams, remote desktop tools, and our ticketing system. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assigned tickets while providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with the IT Director while also working independently, gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and assisting with projects that support business operations and continued growth.
This position requires the ability to work early morning shifts to support operations. This is an on-site role in Phoenix, AZ, with occasional travel within Arizona and limited remote work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, Microsoft Teams, remote desktop, and our ticketing system.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket records.
- Create and update internal knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and technical support.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (typically one week per month).
- Assist with technology projects as assigned.
- Help ensure company and client IT security and compliance requirements are maintained.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Familiarity with imaging and deploying new computer systems.
- Experience with workstation setup, configuration, and break/fix troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and LAN.
- Experience using an IT ticketing system to document and manage support requests.
- Experience providing remote support using remote desktop tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration; Google Workspace experience is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
