Job Description

Tru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk. The position includes but is not limited to:

Accounts Payable

Process invoices from vendors
Print check/ACH payments
Reconcile freight bills
Work with purchasers to resolve quantity and pricing issues
Work with vendors to resolve billing issues
Reconcile vendor statements

Skills

Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting
Organized and Detail oriented
Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software
Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
