Core Responsibilities
- Greet members: Welcome every person who walks in with a positive attitude.
- Check-ins: Scan member key fobs and confirm their account status.
- Answer questions: Provide information about memberships, club rules, and amenities.
- Desk maintenance: Keep the front desk area neat, clean, and organized.
- Boost Revenue: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Requirements
- People skills: A friendly, outgoing personality.
- Tech skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience.
- Multitasking: Ability to provide customer service and upkeep of the club as the only CSR on duty
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Sales: Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills and the ability to close deals effectively
