Position Highlights:
- Perform all types of waterproofing systems and concrete coatings (elastomeric, epoxy, urethane, deck and roof coatings, sealants, etc.)
- Apply coatings to concrete, masonry, and structural surfaces with precision and attention to detail
- Work independently and as part of a team on a variety of projects
- Ensure high-quality workmanship that meets Tru Colors’ standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in waterproofing and coatings (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of various application techniques and products
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
