Tru Colors Contracting is seeking an experienced Pressure Cleaning Leader to join our growing team. We are an award-winning painting and exterior restoration company serving Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a skilled pressure cleaning professional who can lead by example, operate commercial equipment safely, and help deliver exceptional results on residential and commercial projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of pressure cleaning experience required
- Experience operating commercial pressure washing equipment, surface cleaners, pumps, hoses, and related tools
- Ability to lead a crew and maintain quality and safety standards on job sites
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, lifts, and at heights
- Experience with residential and commercial pressure cleaning projects
- Knowledge of soft washing techniques and cleaning chemicals is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
- Verifiable work references
