Room Attendant

We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining our guest rooms and ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will contribute to our goal of providing a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top quality service and meets guests needs
• Thoroughly clean all assigned guestrooms to include: changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, washing and replenishing supplies
• Thoroughly clean public space, work areas and storage areas
• Maintain room quality based on hotel and brand standards
• Follow standard procedures for acceptance and security of guest lost and found items
• Ensure master keys and located guestroom keys are properly secured
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

• Education or Experience- No prior experience or education is required.
• Language Skills- Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules and memos.
• Mathematical Skills- Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to: apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Schedule- Must have weekend availability.
