Night Auditor - 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort/hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using phone systems.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or special requests promptly.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Maintain front desk operations, including keeping the area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures and night audit processes.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
