Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Check guests in and out swiftly using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance their stay
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
  • Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
  • Uphold hospitality standards by adhering to policies related to guest relations, safety, and security

Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
  • Previous night audit experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
