Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Check guests in and out swiftly using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance their stay
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Uphold hospitality standards by adhering to policies related to guest relations, safety, and security
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Previous night audit experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
