We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to provide a positive experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all payments are collected accurately
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse guests
