Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and disinfected.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and other public spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to keep all areas looking fresh and inviting.
• Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued safety for guests and staff.
• Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to maintain a clean environment that exceeds sanitation standards.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
