**Experienced Hotel Housekeeper 25-35 hours a week**
**Overview:**
We are currently looking for a meticulous Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our Tru By Hilton environment. Your dedication to cleanliness and excellent customer service will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests/residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in guest rooms/common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with essential supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding linens
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guests/residents when needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in Hotel Cleaning, Custodial work, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting guests'/residents' needs
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus
