Housekeeping / Laundry Attendant

Tru by Hilton El Paso East Loop 375 is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. We are committed to providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment, and we are looking for team members who take pride in their work and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Ensure all rooms meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Additional Responsibilities (Laundry Attendant Duties):
This position will also require assisting with laundry operations.

Laundry duties include:

• Sorting, washing, drying, and folding hotel linens and towels
• Operating commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Monitoring inventory of linens and reporting shortages
• Ensuring timely availability of clean linens for housekeeping staff

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus but not required

We are looking for candidates with a flexible and open schedule who are willing to contribute to both housekeeping and laundry operations as needed. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
