What We're Looking For:
We’re searching for bright, personable, and energetic individuals to join our front desk team. If you love meeting new people, solving problems with a smile, and being the face of a hotel that’s all about personality and comfort—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and a positive attitude
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
- Offer local tips, directions, and that extra touch of Southern hospitality
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns quickly and kindly
- Keep the lobby lively, clean, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Previous Hilton or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable standing for an extended period (8 hour shift)
