Duties

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems or in-person interactions.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and resort services to provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is advantageous.
